The Inviolable Acts took place after the Boston Tea Party. This was one of the harshest and meanest laws the colonist ever had. The British parliament decided to punish the colonist because they dumped over ninety thousand pounds of tea out of the ship into the harbor. They did that because they started to have to pay taxes for there favorite tea. One of the laws for the colonists was no trade ships so they couldn't send or resvice anything like food, supplies, or money. Another law was that the Boston harbor was closed. Some lost there jobs others began to starve which led to they couldn't pay there taxes. All these laws made the colonist mad, some got so mad that they forced the tea to go down the tax collectors thought. Now the colonist wanted to make there own rights all these laws let to the revolution war.
